veltrona provides travel planning, itinerary design and related support. Specific booking terms, payment schedules and cancellation rules may vary depending on the providers included in your proposed itinerary.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when the relevant offer, availability, price and payment terms have been accepted.
Travel availability, prices and provider conditions can change. If a supplier changes an element of the itinerary, we will help you understand the options available.
We aim to provide accurate information and careful support, but third-party services are delivered by their respective providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
